Independance
Guitar World stores are owned and operated independently from any other retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers or distributors. This means we do not have other companies telling us which products to stock and sell to our customers. We have no parent wholesaler pushing their own products through to our stores. We choose our products based on price, value, quality, availability and backup service using our extensive knowledge and experience as musicians, performers, teachers and retailers in the music industry.

No Commissions
Guitar World does not pay any third party commissions to sell, promote or recommend our products services or stores. We give our best possible deal directly to our customers. People recommend us to their friends because they know we care about our customers and do our best to keep them satisfied.
We do not allow our suppliers to pay our sales staff "one off" commissions or bonuses for selling or recommending certain products. Yes we do pay our staff bonuses for a job well done, but they are based on long term customer satisfaction rather than one off sales. This means our staff will always make recommendations based on our customers needs and not on what manufacturers, distributors, parent wholesalers may wish to sell for that particular week.

Low Prices Every Day
We price our products & services as low as possible, while retaining a reasonable margin to maintain a sustanable business. Most retailers price their products on a "what's the most we can charge" basis and then negotiating only if the customers ask for a better price.
Instead we price our products as low as we can, and put that price on the ticket right "off the bat". Our customers don't have to negotiate to get a great deal, it's all ready there. This also means our staff don't spend most of the time negotiating prices, but on finding out which product is most suitable for our customers needs.

Neck Swaps
Unlike some of our competitors, we supply our guitars as they come from the factory. We do not switch necks or bodies to make up for an item we don't have in stock.
